Role Profile:

Responding to many telephone handsets. Routing phone calls as applicable. Greeting clients entering the unit, obtaining his / her requirements and using the instruction needed to lead them as called for. Assist clientele in completing documentation applications to help out customers who are looking for their own data files. Preserve direct medical practitioner and clientele/patient confidentiality. Display a good attitude and the skills to connect comfortably with all valued clients, associates and workers. Can respect customer privacy by safeguarding discretion in all phases of work.

Duty Requisites:

A single yr of common work experience and customer services is necessary. Ged or any other enhanced training nice, though not essential. Pay in the mid 40s to 50's attainable to the proper candidates.
