Job Details/Description:  The Property Manager is responsible for planning, controlling, and directing the day to day operation of the property, and for maintaining effective and harmonious resident relations.  The purposes of this position are to meet the financial objectives of the ownership and management, to protect the value and integrity of the real estate, and to be responsive to all applicable government standards and requirements.  The Property Manager reports to the Senior Property Manager.
 
Qualifications and/or Experience:  The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of Property Management experience and a working knowledge of subsidy programs such as Project Based Section 8 and Low Income Housing Tax Credits.  Responsibilities include resident relations, review and approval of qualifying and certifying all residents and new applicants.  Duties also include marketing, processing monthly financial reports as well as annual budgets and other management reports.  Other responsibilities include, but are not limited to, staff supervision, property inspections,  Agency correspondence and owner relations.  Prior supervisory experience required; knowledge of Yardi management software preferred.
