Quality Engineers - multiple locations

We have multiple openings throughout the US - West Chester PA and Elizabethtown NC being just two of the areas.

This role reports to our Site General Manager and organizes the Quality needs of customers, Manufacturing Operations, Engineering and Sales & Marketing.

The incumbent will have direct accountability for product and process quality within a team environment by working with a team of operations professionals utilizing lean manufacturing tools to exceed customer expectations.

Establishes and implements quality practices consistent with operations and customer requirements.

Coordinates quality requirements between manufacturing and engineering to ensure new product launches are successful

Develops DFMEA and PFMEA for manufacturing processes and new products

Utilizes problem solving techniques to lead root cause analyses and resolve pending issues related to quality

Completes product non conformance reports; produces documentation of root cause and subsequent corrective action

Supports ISO9001 for product lines; manages PPAP qualification and submission processes

Manages nuclear safety related product lines and regulatory requirements

Education & Experience:
BS in Engineering - Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical - others may be considered.
Three to five years experience as a Quality Engineer within a lean manufacturing environment; ISO experience preferred.
