QUALITY MANAGEMENT (QM) MANAGER: This position is located in Diego Garcia - British Indian Ocean Territory (BIOT).
Duties: The individual shall independently administer the Contractor’s QM program and report directly to the Contractor’s corporate management. The QM Manager shall have full authority to coordinate the re-work of non-conforming work and have full responsibility for assuring performance objectives and standards identified in this contract are met
Education: Bachelor Degree in Civil, Industrial, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or other related engineering and scientific fields, based on a four-year course of study from U.S. or U.K. accredited college or university or equivalent institutions.
Experience: At least 3 yrs experience as a Quality Control Engineer or experience gained by performing specialized work in a closely related professional occupation such as Industrial Engineering or other engineering and scientific fields. Prior management experience is highly desirable. Military Background/Experience preferred; must be comfortable working in a Military environment.

The DG21, LLC BOS contract is multi-year, firm fixed price with indefinite quantity/indefinite delivery task orders. Further, it is a performance-based contract with award fee and award options.
NOTE: Diego Garcia, B.I.O.T. restricts cohabitation. No spouses or children may live with the employee. Access to Diego Garcia is limited to only those having a need to be there (i.e., working there); said access is granted by the U.S.
