Key Responsibilities:
Address customer complaints and provide root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Prepare First Article Inspection Report (FAIR) for first time build products.
Interaction with Engineering, Production, Customer Service and Shipping groups;
Qualifications:
Must have a minimum of 3 years previous experience as a quality supervisor or quality specialist in metal fabrication shop;
Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
Proficient in reading blueprints;
Must have previous experience using gauges, calipers, veneers, & CMM. Faro Arm experience, a plus.
Must be very familiar with problem solving methodologies.
Knowledge of ISO 9001 Quality Standards required.
Proficient in GD&T;
Strong attention to detail;
Working knowledge of MS Office and Outlook;
High School Graduate, two year college degree, is preferred.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds.
