RN Clinical Nursing Manager

Leadership opportunity for a high energy, skilled leader to supervise a busy clinic practice division to ensure delivery of excellent patient care. Oversees the day to day operations of a primary care clinic. Determines clinical staff assignments and work flow; provides orientation; development and support of the PCMH model. Ensures clinical protocols for patient care are implemented and measured. Actively works with medical, clinical and other operational departments throughout the Clinic. RN, BSN preferred. Multilingual (Spanish). 3-4 years recently demonstrated leadership of ambulatory practice or clinical setting. Ability to bring positive energy to an ever changing work environment.

Qualifications: Qualifications: Current RN License; two years of direct supervision experience; CPR certification and training in EMR systems. Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred.
