The job involves more than just selling "spots." We seek aggressive and passionate professionals to work with like-minded sales professionals and managers whose sole focus is finding and closing new business. Because Cumulus has a systems approach to sales, you must have a deep appreciation for process, performance measurement, employee development, and a results-oriented sales approach.
Responsibilities:
- Prospecting/cold calling
- Setting appointments with prospects
- Developing creative client presentations and marketing plans
- Appreciation for process, performance measurement, and a results-oriented sales approach
- Increase client base

- Achieving a sales quota
Requirements:
- Outgoing, self-motivated, resourceful, organized with entrepreneurial spirit and drive to be the best
- Capable of initiating and cultivating long-term business relationships
- Strong understanding of lead generation, CRM/SFA and account management
- Superb written and verbal communication skills
- Superb closing skills
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office, Outlook, PowerPoint, Internet)
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Prior sales background preferred, with recognition as a top performer
- Valid driver's license
