Logic Staffing is expanding and hiring for our INTERNAL team!
We are seeking an individual with the following skills, attributes and experience:
_Recruiter experience - light industrial OR clerical!!!!!
- Professional customer service background
- Ability to connect and build relationships with customers and employees at various levels
- Sales experience and lead generation abilities
- HR and/or experience interviewing candidates
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Computer skills; PC - MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PP & email)
- Attention to detail
- Positive, outgoing, energetic personality
- GREAT phone skills

This position will involve interviewing candidates and making hiring decisions for various temporary and temp to perm positions for our clients.
We also require active participation in sales blitzes, marketing events, job fairs and client events/activities.
Leadership skills AND staffing experience are not required, but would be highly beneficial. Additional positions are opening soon and we prefer to promote from within, whenever possible.
