Recruiter

This position will be working from a home office. We are requiring the candidate to have worked as an outside recruiter.
This position will be recruiting people in the field of Sales (entry - VP of Sales) as well as Operations (all positions within a Plant).
You will be given orders. We have been in business for over 10 years and have a stable clients that give us new orders on a regular basis. This position will be responsible for finding candidates.
Base salary and commission structure are based upon experience.
