Reset Merchandisers Needed Retail Integrity is currently hiring project based
Reset Merchandisers to service various retailers in a Statewide/Multi State territory. We are seeking skilled & passionate representatives to perform retail grocery resets satisfying our client’s objectives and goals. Individuals must be adaptive and ready to perform in a high paced changing environment. Must be comfortable engaging and speaking with store personnel and customers
Required Skills- Conduct multiple reset store visits according to clients expectations throughout specified territory
- Perform Plano gram resets and Retail Installations according to specifications
- Adjusting shelves and spacing to POG
- Effective time management to complete reset in a timely and efficient way
- Maximize visual presentation by stocking, facing, and pricing products
- Overstock and discontinued product place d and identified in appropriate areas
- Knowledge of basic computer functions, i.e, downloading documents, email, internet, etc.
- Work Independently and display a professional demeanor representing clients and RIMS
- Effective communication and problem solving skills
Required Experience · Must be a High School Graduate, Independent, Self-motivated and organized
· 1+ years’ experience in a Retail, Sales or Grocery Reset Merchandising Role
· Understanding of Merchandising terms and tasks
· Personal Access to functional tools such cell phone and computer
· Communicate timely with Management through phone and email
· Be able to lift up to 30 lbs, and walk, stand, bend and stoop for long periods of time
· Access to reliable and insured vehicle with driver’s license
