Residential Direct Care Staff

We are currently seeking dependable and dedicated Direct Care Staff to work with Developmentally Disabled individuals in St. Louis and the surrounding areas part-time, evenings and weekends.
Behavior Intervention Services offers competitive wages, over 20 hours of professional training and flexible scheduling! Our Personal Care Assistants work under the guidance of Board Certified Behavior Analysts to implement Behavior Intervention strategies while working with our clients in their Independent Supported Living environments, Natural Home settings and in the community.
Ideal applicants would have a steady work history, strong interpersonal skills and the ability to walk into challenging situations with a 'can do' attitude.
