    Job Description:

    o Excellent written and verbal communication skills, reflecting a literate command of the English language.
    o This position requires strong people skills, with preferably an extrovert personality, as the majority of the day to day activities entail being on the phone with prospective clients, referral sources and business associates.
    o Must be able to display a cheery disposition on the telephone while still maintaining control of the conversation
    o This position requires looking closely with the principle in managing their schedule therefore strong organizational skills are required
    o Must love people and know how to connect well with others
    o Must be willing to build lasting relationships with referral partners

    Other qualifications include:
    o 2-4 years mortgage experience
    o 1-2 years administrative assistant experience
    o Ability to Multi task and juggle many projects in fast-paced environment.
    o Education at a high school diploma or GED level required; some college preferred.
    o Strong interpersonal skills that result in effective interface with customers and realtor partners.
    o Ability to work well independently, with minimum direction with a mindset of forward thinking and strong critical problem solving skills
    o Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook.
    o Must be willing to work in our office in the Galleria area, MTWTF, 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
    o Must be willing to have fun and support a team atmosphere at work.

    Job Description: 4 Primary Responsibilities

    o Manage Principle’s Schedule (Set/Confirm/Follow up with Appointments/Daily Tasks)
    o Answer and Field all Incoming Phone Calls
    o Set Up and Prepare Loan Files
    o Manage Client’s Expectations Through Closing of their Mortgage Transaction
    o Follow Up with Referrals/Closed Clients/Mortgage Prospects on a Daily Basis

    Salary:
    o $12-15 an hour
    o Bonus will be given based on office production
