QUALIFICATIONS:
 

• MINIMUM OF  2 YEARS AS A SALARIED RESTAURANT MANAGER IN  UPSCALE QUICK CASUAL,CASUAL DINING  OR FINE DINING RESTAURANT--TRENDY OPERATIONS A PLUS!     MUST BE HIGH VOLUME
• EXCEPTIONAL LISTENING SKILLS AND DEDICATION TO TOP-NOTCH SERVICE
• ABILITY TO COACH AND MENTOR YOUR STAFF
• SOLID KNOWLEDGE OF AND INTEREST IN CURRENT FOOD AND BEVERAGE TRENDS
• SELF MOTIVATED TO SUCCEED
• SOME EXPOSURE TO P&L MANAGEMENT
