Retail Industry Business Systems Analyst:Perm, Temp or temp to perm

Desired Skills/Experience:
 

• Experience Working for a Retail Organization in a Business Systems, Operations or In Store Capacity.
  • Experience Working as a Business Analyst focusing on (but not limited to) these areas: data flow charting and mapping (data flow diagrams), UAT (user acceptance testing and Unit testing), working closely with (drilling down and asking the tough questions) users for the purpose of designing new and improving existing systems, interpreting user needs to coding and programming teams, systems and user need documentation, user training and support.
    • Experience Project Managing Systems/Business Software troubleshooting, upgrades and installs is a plus.
      • Experience with SQL Queries and a Basic Knowledge of SQL based databases is a plus.
        • Experience coordinating with external programming teams and Software vendors is a plus.
