Robot Tech B

The Robot tech "B"  is reponsible to assist in the direction of the department with assistance from the robot tech "A", robot leader and department supervisor. Resposibilities include but are not limited to assist in the complete installation of robots from a single robot to multiple robots cells. Capable of writing complete programs including I/O commands. Repair and root cause problems to prevent reoccurence. Troubleshoot equipment and assist in departmental expansions. Troubleshoot cabinetry wiring problems and correct if needed. Assist in the department of robot up graders.

*Remove and install robots and robotics cells
*Robotics Programming
*Prerform and record preventative maintenance as needed
* Mechanical and Electrical ability
*PLC programming

Maintain fixtures as required, Repair and replace equipment fixtures, robots and/or material as needed and required. Keep open communication with other departments.

* Must be capable of lifting 50lb
* Must be willing to work overtime as required

:Licensing or other special Certifications Required
- Various Robot training through ceritified training facility preferred
- Weld training for various types of welding used by robots preferred
- Hi-lo Ceritified
- Electrical training or certification preferred
