Farmer Brothers Company has an excellent opportunity for a Route Sales Representative (Driver) to support the coffee and tea route based business in the market. The qualified candidate will have the opportunity to learn the business from the ground up with the potential for career advancement. This is a union site.

Duties and Responsibilities:
• Sell and deliver product to regular route customers.
• Increase sales volume in all categories and product lines.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer problems.
• Perform minor repair and/or maintenance of service equipment.
• Pick and pull product orders.
• Provide market support to the branch and local customers.
• Collect Accounts Receivable from customer base.
• Daily management of customer invoices inventory and collections.

Qualifications and Skills Required:
• A clean and safe driving record.
• Customer Service background, route delivery experience a plus.
• Exceptional interpersonal communication and business development skills.
• Knowledge of the Foodservice industry.
• A Mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to lift a maximum of 50 lbs.
• High School diploma or GED required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
