· Manage a team of 5-6 intake specialist · Conduct a complete review of the loss mitigation applications for consumer protection · Conduct daily team meetings and set team sales goals · Consistently uphold sales quotas · Oversee customer service for all current clients · Responsible for the development, performance and training of his/her team · Provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum performance and growth in line with company’s vision and values · Prepare strategies to expand the team sales performance · Manager preparation of application and files for processing · Establish / maintain new clients · Submit ledger reports on a timely basis · Maintain the highest degree of client/prospect satisfaction · Establish and maintain a pipeline of sales activity · Conduct interviews and make final decision on staffing needs
Skills and Qualifications:
· Aggressive background in sales and/or mortgage preferred · Experience in banking/finance and consultative sales · Knowledge with CRM software programs · Exceptional organizational skills · Passion for learning and developing career · Proficiency in Outlook/Excel · Self-motivated and goal-oriented · Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills · Superb problem solving skills – ability to facilitate issue resolution
Schedule: Available on a full-time basis, Monday through Saturday 10+ hours daily Compensation: Excellent compensation and bonus/commissions
