Need: Salespeople w/ social skills
 
We're looking for great personalities.  Our job is hard, but the reward is great; and the only way to make it through the day is to be surrounded by people you actually enjoy being around.  We're an honest, straightforward crew in a business where mistakes can cost, so we need people who aren't afraid of admitting when they're wrong, but are resilient enough to take the failure as a lesson, and learn from it.  
 
We're in an intelligent high-volume sales environment.  We have challenges like: a two-sided sale, extremely demanding clients, and an unmatched sense of urgency.   We have world-class clients, and we're constantly on the search for the next new big one.  We have a team devoted to developing new business, and we always remember who baited the hook. 
 
Our new hires go through a month of training under our Training Manager, who instructs them on the basics of the business.  After that time, they're placed on a team of fellow salespeople under the direction of a team lead who will guide them on the particulars of the business, developing your sales and business abilities into actual skills, backed with thirty years of industry knowledge.
