• Our Sales Representatives are W2 Employees – not Independent Agents.
• We cover the cost for you to obtain your insurance licenses during our 13-week paid training - that means no expenses for you.
• We offer compensation that includes a base salary + uncapped commission + renewal commission + mileage reimbursement.

Responsibilities:
• Sell Auto, Home, Life and other Insurance Products to Individuals and Families
• Identify/Prospect and Develop Customer and Business Relationships within the Community
Qualifications:
• Experience in Outside Sales
• Highly effective communication, negotiation and time management skills
• Analytical skills for complex coverage details and underwriting guidelines
• DESIRE and MOTIVATION to build a financially rewarding CAREER
