Job Description:
Sales Support Administrator (Bilingual)
Seeking highly-organized, versatile and high-energy Sales Support Coordinator to work directly with Sale Team and Sales Manager. Duties include, but are not limited to offering multi-leveled support for the Sales Team, Account Mangers, Sales Managers, and Implementation Specialists. The support offered includes data maintenance, running reports, completing RFPs (Requests For Proposal), retrieving prospect and customer emails and contact information, sending coordinated email blasts and other various Marketing projects, as well as lead farming and verification. Support will also include satisfying quote requests from Marketing efforts, inbound and outbound phone requests, website inquiries and various sales team members in the event they are unavailable. This is an internal position and requires constant contact with clients and merchants.
Responsibilities:
•Support sales staff by answering client calls, in absence of Account Manager, and verifying leads.
•Complete all required sales reports and detailed documentation, including timely entry of data into automated systems.
•Administer marketing campaigns.
•Perform electronic filing.
•Research potential new business and contact current customers to complete customer surveys.
•Meet all minimum requirements for daily and weekly contact activity, lead generation and appointment scheduling.
•Assist in the implementation of sales strategy as prepared by Sales Manager and Account Managers.
•Contact new merchants as directed by Sales Manager and Account Manager to complete setup of accounts.
•Provide sales and administrative support, including the efficient handling of confidential agreements.
•Process and expedite all paperwork connected with a merchant account.
•Utilize and leverage current state-of-the-art sales tools and techniques via search engines.
•Process inbound requests for services or products.
Requirements:
•Demonstrated experience in complex administrative and customer service functions in support of management or sales teams.
•Demonstrated ability to work in a high-volume sales office handling more than 100 calls per day.
•Demonstrated experience in research and database management.
•Demonstrated experience in MS Office tools, especially Excel, Outlook, and MS Word as well as PDFs, RFPs, and databases.
•Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills.
•Ability to successfully communicate verbally and in writing.
•Excellent phone presence and customer service skills in communications with both internal office staff and external customers.
•Ability to multi-task and organize work flow independently while accomplishing all tasks in required timeframe.
•Measurable ability to learn quickly in a changing technologically advanced company.
•Minimum of 3 years combined previous work experience in a support or administrative position.
•Bilingual
$12-15+/hr depending upon experience
