This very reputable real estate/financial services company is searching for a Senior Accountant. The primary purpose of this role is to have responsibility for monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting. This role will involve foreign translation to US dollars, performing journal entries related to management fee accruals, quarterly dividends, performing various analyses and other ad hoc projects. Our client is seeking someone with 3-5 years of similar experience, either coming from public accounting (ideally Real Estate client experience) or from industry (real estate). Candidates with their CPA will receive stronger consideration as well as candidates having passed at least a couple parts. Compensation for this role will depend on experience but will roughly be in the $60 - $80k range plus bonus.
