Unity Search has partnered with this extremely reputable financial services company in search for Senior Accountant. This position will primarily help perform monthly accounting duties such as month-end close, journal entries related to funds, reconciliations, performance reporting metrics and related schedules. This role provides tremendous exposure to a vastly growing industry with a particular company that has one of the strongest reputations in the market. The ideal candidate is someone with 2-4 years experience either in public accounting or in the investment/hedge fund industry. Only candidates with high academic standards will be considered, including both a reputable university and a high GPA (3.5 or above). Additionally, candidates with at least two parts of the CPA passed will be given strongest consideration. Compensation for this role will depend on experience but will roughly be in the $60 - $80k range plus a large bonus (up to 50%!), 100% employer-paid health benefits, a $ for $ 401k match up to the IRS limit as well as free lunch daily and numerous other perks!
