Job Description:
Responsibilities and Requirements Include:
· Investigate and resolve customer problems with minimal supervisor intervention
· Professionally communicate face-to-face and over the phone with customers
· Demonstrate friendly and welcoming attitude in communicating with new and existing customers
· Handle high volume of incoming customer calls
· Contact customers regarding production issues via phone or email
· Data entry of customer information into a CRM database
· Attend occasional day and/or evening company events
· Handle escalated client relation calls
Position Requirement
· Professional communication skills – verbal and written
· Strong problem solving, computer, and organizational skills
· Able to multi-task and prioritize
· Attention to detail
· Some sales experience preferred
· Knowledge of Photo Shop required
· Knowledge of Photography desirable
· Excellent computer skills using MS Office products
· Able to work overtime when required
Salary: $16.82 to $19.23/Hour

Zookbinders Inc., located in Deerfield, Illinois, is a high quality manufacturer of custom photo albums serving the wedding industry through professional photographers who are our clients. Since our inception in 1995, we've been an industry leader recognized for innovation and creativity.
Our most recent innovation is zookie.com, an eCommerce business that launched 10-31-11 and sells high-end wedding albums directly to brides and grooms.
There are 2.2 million weddings every year, and currently almost 80% hire a photographer that provides them with a disk of images, and no album. While most of the brides that receive a disk end up never ordering a wedding album, this represents a HUGE opportunity. We've learned that the biggest obstacle these couples face in ordering an album is the process of selecting the photos, so we developed a unique solution: zookie asks brides to send us ALL the images from their wedding, and our design experts select the photos that best tell their wedding story. Brides have the ability to edit our selections before we begin designing their album, and really appreciate the having us help get the process started. In the short time since launch, we've gotten very high marks on the service and online experience we provided. We're now out of beta, ready to take the training wheels off and drive sales!
