Requirements:
· 5+ years designing Web-based transactional products (i.e., e-commerce, banking, etc.) and large-scale consumer websites.
· Demonstrated ability developing and executing creative ideas through the creation of wireframes and low-fidelity prototypes.
· Must be self-motivated, client experience oriented and a strong team player.
· Must be extremely detail-oriented, able to define ideas down to a specification level.
· Must present a positive, professional image. Solid leadership skills.
· Must have an online portfolio or samples of recent work (i.e., mockups, prototypes, specifications, guidelines).
· Excellent project management skills; ability to plan, manage, and execute on simultaneous projects under tight deadlines in a collaborative, agency-like environment; must be able to drive project, debate merits of approach and work effectively with others.
· Excellent relationship management skills, especially interpersonal, verbal, and written communications.
· Demonstrated ability to define key success metrics for projects, incorporating measurable business objectives, revenue optimization and client experience best practices.
· Bachelors Degree
· Ability to travel (10%)
