    Senior Logistics Analyst

    Position Description:
    This position provides acquisition logistics management, planning, and coordination support on a Program of Record for Navy SOCOM. Responsibilities include planning and executing acquisition logistics for the fielding of a deployable system/vessel, developing and refining provisioning plans, provisioning technical documentation (PTD), and provisioning data products in support of PDR,CDR, Reliability Demonstration, and Test. Provides direct logistics support as required, planning and conducting logistics analyses and trade studies, developing a 1388 database using Powerlog J, development and implementation of logistics plans and related program documentation, developing system support packages, performing other tasks related to acquisition logistics support, preparing and reviewing program documents, correspondence, and reports.

    Education Required:
    BS/BA

    Experience Required:
    10+ years working in the area of DOD provisioning required. Should be expert in the application of MIL-STD-1388-2B, MIL-PRF-49506 and associated reports and data products. Experienced in the application of DOD provisioning regulations, standards, guidance, and directives. Must be experienced with Integrated Logistics Support requirements, and processes. Experience using PowerLog-J, SLIC-Wave, Eagle or other 1388-2b database tools a plus.

    Skills Required:
    Familiarity with Integrated Logistics Support requirements. Familiarity with Provisioning documentation, standards, regulations, and DOD supply system management. Must be able to perform supportability assessments. Must have very strong communication and interpersonal skills and have the ability to effectively interface with military and government officials.

    SOLE/DAU Certification a plus

    Education equivalency will be considered.
