Senior Product Mechanical Engineer

Will lead mechanical design projects for pumps, pressure vessels, waterproof containers, and water systems through developing products in plastics, sheetmetal, gears, etc. Will lead technical design reviews and failure investigations, provide design leadership to other team members in multiple design centers, and design product architectures for systems and product platforms. Works globally and cross-functionally to develop products of the highest quality and reliability. The successful candidate for this position must have a BSME, MSME preferred, and at least 8 years of leadership experience developing components and systems for pumps, pressure vessels, and fluid systems, using current 3D CAD, like SolidWorks. Must have skilled proficiency in FMEA, DOE, and product testing procedures. Must be highly capable of design of injection-molded plastic components, especially with thick walls. Should be an exceptional written and verbal communicator in English, and fully capable of strong mentorship.
