Job Description: This individual will assist in aspects of the quarterly and year-end tax reporting function, including data collection, preparation/review of domestic FAS 109/ASC 740 and FIN 48 calculations, preparation/review of federal and state income tax returns, estimated payments and extensions, tax research, and supervision of tax staff/interns. This position will report to the Domestic Tax Manager(s).
