Skilled CNC Toolmaker

Moscow Mills Inc is a unique R&D centric organization that values its employees and their important contribution to our success.
Our new team member should have solid machining skills on both CNC lathes and CNC mills. The term toolmaker is a good descriptor for the position.5 axis mill and 7 axis turn mill experience is a positive. A minimum of 5-10 years’ experience required. We utilize 2 axis lathes, 3 axis mills, 5 axis mills and 7 axis turn mills to accomplish our high end work. We program exclusively with FeatureCam CAM software. Each employee has his own seat of CAM as well as CAD at his workstation. Employees are responsible for programming, setup and run of discreet components and assemblies. We are willing to train a qualified individual on FeatureCam. A strong understanding of Windows and PC operation is key. We are a busy company that has experienced solid growth over the last decade. We have introduced our own product(s) in the aerospace industry via our wholly owned subsidiary Vibration Solutions North and are experiencing a strong adoption cycle.
