Staff Development Coordinator

They are currently searching for a Staff Development Coordinator to plan, organize and direct the recruitment, orientation and on-going professional development of facility associates through the development of strong personal relationships.

Staff Development Requirements:

RN licensed in the state of Delaware preferred (Compact state)
2 years experience working as an Educator/Staff Coordinator in a long term care or health related facility
1 year supervisory and adult education experience
Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures, as well as regulations and guidelines that pertain to long term care
Basic computer knowledge
Good assessment skills
