We currently have 2 childcare sites with 50+ staff. We are looking to hire someone with experience in the HR management/recruiting field who can run both the department and complete the paperwork. We currently have the department running but we are looking for someone who can take it to the next level.

This is a "church staff" position; applicants would be required to attend Springs of Life Church. Springs of Life Church is a Christian, Non-Denominational Church and part of the Word & Spirit Network in Colorado Springs.
