My Client is seeking a Professional Staffing Industry Recruiter, for a Staffing Company in Charlotte NC. For this position, we need 1 individual, with at least 2 years experience in Recruiting and placing individuals through VMS System Job Orders. Individuals must have experience placing candidates with Bank of America and Wells Fargo. This is an Agency role, not Corporate Recruiting. Only Staffing Industry candidates will be considered.
Requirements: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
2 Years or more experience in an Recruiter Role within a Staffing Agency (No Exceptions)
Proven track record of Recruiting and Placement success, with references
Longevity in past positions (No Job Hoppers)
Pay: $45k yearly base, with a very aggressive commission structure and benefits
