Provides clinical supervision to staff responsible for delivering services to individuals with mental health and/or substance use disorders. Oversees client services and ensures compliance with established program standards and service delivery objectives. Recruits, orients, trains, schedules and evaluates the performance of assigned staff. Serves as a resource to assigned staff in identifying and resolving complex case problems. Assumes client caseload in response to work load or staffing shortages.
JOB REQUIREMENTS;
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling. Current certification as a substance abuse counselor as required in Missouri. Three to five years clinical experience in a related field plus completion of the MSAPCB Supervision training. Related work experience with program specific population (adult male) and treatment setting (corrections) preferred.

Compensation commensurate with education and experience.
