Team Green Outdoor, Inc., a growing Outdoor Services company is seeking a full-time Crew Leaders to join the company and work hand-on with / manage a crew in the companies various divisions, which currently consists of: Drainage/ Storm Water Piping Systems, Low Voltage Outdoor Lighting, Land Care, and Commercial Snow Control.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

*Crew scheduling
*Actively participate in the various job duties of each division for a required period of time to meet the necessary expectations in fulfilling the various job duties.
*Interact with scheduling of jobs in Workflow
*Train and cross-train team members to a level of competency to perform various job functions in all divisions when necessary.
*Operating small to medium sized excavating equipment and bobcats
*Installing, cutting and measuring drainage pipe. Installing low voltage outdoor lighting wire, fixtures and transformers. Performing landscape maintenance tasks on commercial properties.
*Quality and specification management of projects
*Working and communicating with customers
*Communicating with city and county inspectors
*Winter snow removal and other various hands-on activities.

Requirements:

*Valid MO driver license with a clean driving record (Class A CDL preferred)
*Pass background check and submit to a drug test
*2-3 years experience in a crew leader role running similar operations
*Must know how to operate small to medium sized excavating equipment and bobcats
*Bi-Lingual in Spanish/English would be a plus.
*Customer service skills, verbal and written communication skills
*Complete a 90-Day Training Period (Benefits offered after completion)
*Basic Computer Skills
