Consulting Professional Resources, Inc. is looking for a Technical Recruiter to work on a variety of positions. Are you aggressive, motivated and looking for a challenge? Requirements:
2+ years technical recruiting experience through networking, referrals, online searches, cold calling and job postings
Ability to effectively work on a high volume of positions while managing multiple priorities
Outstanding customer service skills
Ability to capture and understand required skills/experience/target profile, develop job descriptions and screening criteria
Strong Internet search and sourcing skills
Coordinate candidate interviews with hiring management and interviewing teams
Follow up with hiring managers and candidates throughout the interview process
Interview candidates by phone and in person
Must be an excellent team player with the ability to build, foster and nurture relationships with members of cross-functional teams
Strong organizational and time management skills
Must be able to drive issues to completion
Strong computer skills (Internet, MS Office, applicant tracking systems)
Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, presentation)
Experience in interviewing candidates and new employee on-boarding processes
