A quickly growing import export business with an excellent market share in several Latin American countries is in the process of opening up distribution channels to ALL of Latin America. We are looking to bring in a talented Telemarketing Specialist to develop the clients in these new countries.

Job Description:

Lead qualification involves research of a specific target market (such as a competitors client base) or new potential target markets in order to develop a list of potential leads including the company name, size (revenue, employees, page views, # of listings, etc.), key contact info and profile of potential opportunity (for example use of existing products, etc.). All lead generation activity is captured and documented into a CRM system. There is no CRM in place, however the company will purchase system based on specialists background and recommendation.

Set the CRM System up and train the sales team on using the CRM to manage customers data and increase sales.

This position will involve research and business development and requires excellent CRM Management ability. Sales research involves discovering, analyzing, qualifying and presenting lead data on specific potential prospects and target markets.

The Specialist uses the Internet, trade publications and other resources to gather information relevant to potential prospects, products, competitors, and target industries. The research effort leads to prospecting via email and phone to generate qualified leads which are documented in SalesForce and passed to the sales team.

Salary will be determined on a case by case basis.
