Prestigious Hedge Fund located in New York City that focuses on Media & Entertainment is looking to hire a Temp to Permanent Administrative Assistant to support a team of Associates.
Responsibilities:
-Answer phones, take messages and transfer calls -Schedule meetings using Outlook -Book travel as needed -Schedule conference rooms for meetings -Faxing, filing and scanning documents -Putting pitch books together for meetings -Ad hoc projects as needed
Requirements:
-BA degree preferred -At least one year of administrative/office experience -Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook -Flexible attitude
Hours are 8am to 6pm with flexibility for OT as needed
Paying up to 60k + discretionary bonus + great benefits
