Our client provides fact-based insights to business stakeholders for all enterprise internet and intranet properties. The role includes development of analytics measurement plans, the ability to provide actionable data-derived insight supporting business objectives, and coordination with other analytics functions across the enterprise for data aggregation and reporting.
Responsibilities
• Develop comprehensive analytic plan measurement strategies that translate business stakeholder digital objectives into technical requirements • Conduct testing of digital properties to ensure successful implementation of analytics plan • Interpret business goals for development of measurement strategies to inform stakeholders of progress against key business objectives • Develop online reports and reporting dashboards for business stakeholders, including marketing, digital channel strategists, site optimization teams, and others across the enterprise • Complete analysis to derive data-driven insights on visitor behavior and preferences, including likely approaches for optimization • Design and execute statistically valid comparative experiments/studies to evaluate site design or marketing campaign alternatives • Partner with digital operations and project teams to develop tagging routines in support of analytics requirements, and to expand the use of analytics across all web properties • Monitor site performance to identify site optimization opportunities • Perform end-user training of analytic reporting tools and assist in metric interpretation
REQUIRED SKILLS
• A solid understanding of advertising, marketing and strategic brand management in the digital environment • Exceptional analytical and creative problem solving skills - ability to generate actionable insight and recommendations from complex analytics and large datasets • Ability to generate customer insights through customer surveys, qualitative analytics tools, other feedback mechanisms, and/or competitive intelligence through 3rd party and internal sources • Superior understanding of web analytics tools: Google Analytics and at least one Enterprise-level platform (Adobe Omniture SiteCatalyst, WebTrends, CoreMetrics) • Ability to determine the appropriate application of technology/analytical tools in data analysis to ensure appropriate use and accurate results
