Description :
This position will support one of the Top 70 projects, managed in Houston. The Project IM Lead is responsible for information based processes and solutions. The scope includes interfaces with many stakeholders, IM scope in contracts, collaborative processes, standards and behaviors, infrastructure and the applications. Principal Accountabilities Establish the IM framework the project, develop Discipline IM delivery plan. Ensure that the IM delivery plan complies with global standards solutions and as well as meets “fit for purpose” At the initial phase of the project act as the IM focal point and perform all document control activities, including routing of documents and generating regular documents status reports. Assist with the handover plan of project information to customer, serve as an interface with the operations and asset end customers and optimize the final information handover. Serve as IM interface to project contractors and equipment suppliers and optimize the information exchange between all internal and external project team participants Co-ordinate the project team IM activities at remote design or project contractor offices. Implement solutions that educate and encourage internal and external stakeholders to become more collaborative. Demonstrate integrity and constant improvement in projects.

Experience and Qualifications:
BA / MS degree or equivalent. Sufficient industry experience 6+ years in Information Management (EDMS, EDW) Good written and oral communication skills Experience managing small teams Additional comments: Methodical thinker with an appreciation for structured process Advanced computer skills Team Player
