Seeking RN Unit Manager, for a full time skilled nursing facility position, who is willing to assume 24-hour responsibility for the operation of the skilled rehabilitation/ medical surgical nursing unit. Reporting to the Director of Nursing or designee, this highly important position will manage and assist the staff and the residents in achieving the rehabilitative, restorative, and long term care goals for each resident.
Work Experience & Education Requirements and as follows:
Graduate of an accredited school of Nursing. Must have valid NC RN license. Three years of supervisory experience in a long-term care facility strongly preferred. Must possess strong management, supervisory, and leadership skills. Must have knowledge of the advanced aging process.
