    Job Description:

    · Manage the national recruiting function that can quickly, efficiently and cost-effectively hire a high caliber and diverse workforce
    · Work with Recruiting Operations to implement and maintain cohesive processes, tools, systems and vendors
    · Working with each region and staffing team in the prioritization of hiring needs and understand how these linking to the office Cost of Service model
    · Communicate and maintain the employee value proposition and brand that will attract and retain a higher performing, more targeted workforce, build the desired culture and assist in keeping attrition low
    · Manage and develop a high performing recruiting staff
    · Manage team workload to ensure consistent distribution of requisitions and rebalancing as necessary
    · Manage senior level recruiting and assist recruiting team with sourcing and interviewing across all capabilities
    · Build trust based relationships with local staffing, HR, and capability leaders in all regions
    · Present Recruiting metrics in quarterly senior leadership meetings in each region

    Qualifications

    · Strong leadership skills with developing ability to build trust based and confidential relationships with all levels of staff and Senior Management across offices
    · Strong ability to influence and manage cross functionally as well as cross regionally
    · Strategic thinker with hands-on style to deliver practical and effective solutions
    · Results oriented, committed to action
    · Communication skills that are clear, concise with excellent follow through
    · Ability to manage a high volume of change
    · Sense of urgency, can do attitude with a focus on continuous improvement
    · Well organized and comfortable with prioritizing and managing multiple priorities and tasks
    · Has aptitude for financial and business management
    · 7+ plus years experience in a fast paced, high volume recruiting function with 3+ years experience leading and managing a recruiting staff
    · Bachelors’ degree required
    · Background in a fast paced, always changing, professional services industry a must
    · Proven experience successfully managing, developing and communicating with complex, global teams within a highly matrixed organization
    · Proven experience in managing and implementing measurable sourcing strategies
    · Proven experience executing new programs and systems flawlessly
    · Experience creating and implementing projects and processes from inception to completion
    · Technically savvy in managing applicant tracking systems and other HRIS related systems

    Must be willing to travel 20% of time.
