WPF Developer

GoAhead Solutions has an immediate need for a WPF Developer in Greenwood Village, CO.  This would be a 4 month contract with extension.

QUALIFICATIONS: 
-At least 10 years of hands-on software engineering experience (coding) 
-At least 6 years of hands-on development of C# enterprise applications (coding) 
-At least 4 years of hands-on experience with WPF using XAML for desktop application development (coding) 
-At least 3 years of hands-on MS SQL Server programming experience using ADO.NET, T-SQL, stored procedures, triggers, and functions and general database design 
-Additional technologies desired: MVVM and Expression Blend 
-Knowledge of the legal review and EDRM process a plus 

-Must be fluent in C#, WPF and SQL. MUST HAVE WPF experience.

INDIVIDUAL EXPECTATIONS: 
-A comprehensive understanding of software development methodologies and the demonstrated ability to design and develop complex software systems using Microsoft Technologies 
-Produce quality code according to system design and technical standards 
-Participation in project time and task estimation, code and architecture reviews, and documentation of system architecture 
-Transparent communication and definition of deliverables throughout all phases of the development life-cycle (project definition, process mapping, architecture, coding, acceptance testing, installation, turnover to support, etc.) 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
-Designs, develops, tests, debugs, maintains, and documents software components 
-Adheres to standards for software development set forth by the organization 
-Develops and communicates time estimates for project deliverables 
-Designs and builds elements of integrated systems 
-Maintains and enhances existing software components and systems

EDUCATION: 
-BS or MS in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering or equivalent experience
