    Job Description:

    Overview
    As the Web Content Manager for an industry-leading online ticket marketplace, you’ll have the opportunity to showcase your talent for creating and overseeing polished, customer-centered marketing content in a dynamic and challenging work environment.

    Required Knowledge/Experience
    •In-depth knowledge of SEO best practices for on-page content generation, particularly with regards to keyword optimization and content generation, title/meta tag creation, and internal linking strategy.
    • An intimate understanding of the cause and effect relationship between on-page optimization techniques and search engine rankings.
    •Advanced experience with CMS platforms
    •Advanced experience with web analytics tools
    •Experience with project management platforms

    Required Skills
    •Dual acumen for creating fully optimized content that is useful, informative and leads the customer through the buying process.
    •Strong attention to merchandising calendars to ensure timely content optimization and updates.
    •Strong project and time management skills
    •Strong multi-tasking skills and the ability manage new tasks on-the-fly
    •Strong leadership skills

    Required Abilities
    •Ability to conceptualize and implement new ideas and processes
    •Ability to communicate effectively with all members of the company’s SEO Department
    •Ability to manage time effectively and meet strict deadlines
    •Ability to react quickly and be flexible with changes in assignment based on needs of the marketing department


    Other Qualities
    •A genuine enthusiasm for on-page SEO and a willingness to test new optimization techniques
    •Working knowledge of the Sports and Entertainment industries
    •A positive, “can do” attitude
