Sales Lead- Wellness Advisor

CHC Wellness is a national provider of corporate wellness programs and is looking for self-motivated sales professional to work with a rapidly growing company in the corporate wellness arena. The position will require an individual with a strong entrepreneurial character to establish a footprint in a young market. .

This will include, but is not limited to:
*Strategic relationship development
*Sales presentations and meetings
*Phone canvassing/lead generation
*Sourcing vendors
*Meeting weekly/quarterly goals
*Ensuring proper training and on-boarding of new staff

Ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
*College degree required
*Minimum five years sales experience required
*Background with Insurance Brokerage (group health)/Third Party Administrator preferred
*Autonomous self-starter with a sense of urgency to accomplish tasks and projects with limited supervision
*Knowledge of employee health/medical benefits preferred
*Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, demonstrated by ability to interact directly with clients at various levels, including senior management
*Proficiency with MS Power Point, Word and Excel is required



Compensation: Base salary & Commission structure with residual income
