Job Description:
Basinger Inc is a non profit agency looking for people who care about people.We have 5-7 positions available for 1st 2nd and 3rd shift and the individuals that are chosen for the position will be working with a young man who has a visual impairment.We ask that you act as this man's advocate and assist him with the daily activities of living in the community. This job includes the following:
Paid training, yearly bonuses,health and life insurance,6 holidays a year and numerous other benefits.Starting pay after training is $8.00 an hour for 3rd shift and $8.50 for 1st and 2nd shift. . All new employees will need to take a drug test, complete a background check and provide a drivers abstract along with proof of insurance.

About the Company:
Basinger Inc.is a non profit corporation founded in 2005. We started providing services in Franklin County in June of 2006 and have grown steadily since that time. We are currently looking for people who care about others to assist individuals with developmental disabilities to live in the community in Columbus or Marion Ohio. We have positions available on first, second and third shifts.
Successful applicants will have a high school diploma or equivalent,have a car with insurance, pass a drug test and complete a back ground check.
