Job Title: Senior Graphic Designer/HTML Web Developer
The Senior Graphic Designer/HTML Web Developer creates design concepts and original artwork for presentation on the website, as well as on other related sites and through associated products, in both electronic and print formats. This individual will participate in all phases of the design process. This person will work closely with all departments, including the Product, Media Sales, Technology and others as identified, to translate business requirements into finished artwork. They will also interface with IT organization to ensure concepts and designs are brought to fruition according to guidelines, and will participate in QA. They will also be responsible for developing and maintaining design standards for Allconnect Interactive, and will ensure that the design guidelines are applied to all media to produce a quality product, finished on time and within budget. This individual must be highly creative, able to think strategically and act tactically, have good communication skills, and be able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously. You must come from a digital background and also have had previous experience in print as well. You must have HTML programming experience.
•Work collaboratively with other departments to understand and contribute to business requirements.
•Develop and communicate design guidelines and insure each project meets all criteria.
•Develop sketches, mock-ups, and final artwork for each project, meeting project requirements and conforming to design guidelines.
•Work with other departments on any changes or additions to a project.
•Manage both contract and staff designers; provide constructive feedback and creative ideas to other designers in the team.
•Develop project schedules for design initiatives; track progress and ensure projects are delivered on time.
•Work within the budget constraints set for each project.

Qualifications: (Type and amount of experience that defines minimum requirements for a candidate to be considered, e.g. Entry level = 1 – 3 years, experienced professional = 3 – 5 years, manager level = 5 + years, senior manager = 10+ years, etc.)
•Minimum 5 years of successful design experience.
•Minimum 3 years web design experience.
•Minimum 1 year of HTML programming.
•Thorough knowledge of Mac and PC workings.
•Extensive knowledge of Flash, Director, PhotoShop, Illustrator or Freehand, GIF optimization, and GIF animation
•Working knowledge of HTML; knowledge of D-HTML a plus.
•Working knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and MS Project.
•Strong communication skills and the ability to represent Interactive strategies and objectives both internally and externally.
•BFA in Graphic Design or related field.
